Nissan Armada and Murano Named Segment Winners in J.D. Power 2026 APEAL Study
In the 2026 J.D. Power APEAL Study, the Nissan Armada and Nissan Murano earned top honors in their respective vehicle classes. The Armada tied for first place among Large SUVs, and the Murano claimed the number-one spot in the Midsize SUV class. The annual study gathers insights from new owners during the first 90 days of vehicle ownership, evaluating attributes like seating comfort, interior design, feature usability, and overall driving thrill.
Production of the all-new 2025 Murano is officially underway at Nissan’s Smyrna Vehicle Assembly Plant in Tennessee. The milestone was celebrated by Nissan executives, community leaders, and plant employees as they watched the first 2025 model roll off the assembly line. Their dedication and teamwork have successfully brought Nissan’s redesigned midsize crossover to life. The project required a significant effort from everyone involved. The new Murano is expected to arrive at dealerships in early 2025.
