This unbelievable mockup of Fast & Furious is something you have to see to believe! With a few miniature radio-controlled cars, a fan of the film put together an astonishingly realistic car-chase scene that is, in many ways, very similar to those featured in the movie series. From the tailpipe smoke to the sound of the car engines roaring, the "director's" attention to detail is superb.
While there are some obvious signs that the clip is taking place on a much smaller scale than the actual movie, it's still an incredibly impressive recreation. Illustrating speed on film - or making a car look fast - isn't an easy task, so we'd imagine that conveying rapid motion with miniature RC cars must've been even more difficult. However, we think the creator of this video pulled it off successfully, and even the crashes and props are convincing, which adds to the genuine lifelikeness of the microfilm. Superman also happens to make an appearance and that's always a bonus.
Watch the video now and see two of our favorite sports cars in action on a miniature scale - the Nissan Silvia S15 and a Nissan GT-R Nismo! The blue Silvia appears right at the start, while the GT-R swoops in during an intense cop pursuit. Click play below to check it out!
