What's New for the 2023 Nissan Pathfinder?

There is a brand new off-road-focused Pathfinder trim to kick off the latest Pathfinder design. It's called the Rock Creek edition and is part trim, part special edition all its own. Thanks to a 0.6-inch suspension lift, unique colors, and a more powerful engine, the model is poised to be one of our most popular this year. The Pathfinder is a model that offers sizeable accommodations and seating for up to eight passengers.

What Are the 2023 Pathfinder Trims & Features?

The base model Pathfinder isn't just the basics this year. Its 18-inch wheels and full LED headlamps are a great look for a model that's affordable to many people. In addition to a great new look, the S offers a push-button start. If you'd like something a little fancier for the whole family, look to the SV trim. It adds features like a leather-wrapped steering wheel to your interior and also gives your exterior mirrors a boost with heating functions. The model's 20-inch machine-finished alloy wheels, panoramic roof, and head-up display are all locked behind the Platinum trim. While this is the fully loaded trim, the Rock Creek edition offers more power.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2023 Pathfinder Have?

There are two engine configurations to choose from on the Pathfinder. Which trim you choose will make a difference in the powertrain.

• 3.5L V6 engine (284 horsepower/259 lb-ft of torque)
• Available 295 horsepower/270 lb-ft of torque configuration (Rock Creek Only)

What Safety Features Does the 2023 Pathfinder Include?

Nissan stays serious about safety for the 2023 Pathfinder. The model's driver-assist features add a large, robust head-up display to your higher trims. New Intelligent Forward Collision Warning is a lot smarter and more responsive in letting you know when there's something threatening in front of your model. The Rock Creek Edition gets an Intelligent Around View Monitor with an excellent off-road model. If you plan to use your Pathfinder Rock Creek for some light off-roading, you won't have to upgrade to get this camera. It's standard.
