2021 Nissan Armada Exterior

What's New For the 2021 Nissan Armada?

Although it ranks at the top of its luxury SUV class, the Nissan Armada gets a fresh wave of updates for 2021 to be even more competitive than before. The Nissan Armada debuts a different mechanical system this year that includes an upgraded transmission and an engine that delivers more power.

More safety aids are included on all trims of the 2021 Armada, which earns it the highest safety ratings available in safety crash tests. More luxury is in store for the Armada this year, which now comes with a redesigned infotainment system included on select trims. The Armada still offers a beautiful and classy interior at any trim level, with dual seating options available on some trim levels.

The Armada Has Many Features Across Several Trims

As before, there are three trims available for the 2021 Nissan Armada. Additional packages are available for the trims that add to their list of features. The first trim, called the SV, still has the same 18-inch wheels with an alloy finish in 2020. However, it now has LED lights all around. Roof rails are included. Other base features are heated side mirrors, remote entry, and keyless ignition. Climate control is standard, along with heated front seats.

The base technology for the Armada includes an eight-inch touchscreen with app support and navigation. A Bose sound system, HD radio, and satellite radio are standard. The mid-level SL adds automatic rain-sensing wipers and auto-dimming mirrors. It has leather seats and a 120V power outlet, along with a panoramic camera and more safety amenities. A Premium package adds a sunroof and captain's chairs with bucket seats. The Platinum tops the line with another USB port, a heated steering wheel, and heated back row seats.
