Nissan has got another Guinness World Record under their belt after attempting, and successfully completing, the world's longest twin vehicle drift. The incredible accomplishment was set by Nissan Middle East, which used two Nissan 370Z models to take on the feat. They made their way around a figure eight for 17.7 miles, clinching the title and creating a historic moment for the Nissan brand.
The longest twin drift Guinness World Record was held in conjunction with the launch of the "Nissan 370Z Drift Experience." A venture between Nissan Middle East and Prodrift Academy, the unique program will teach interested car enthusiasts how to drift behind the wheel of a Nissan 370Z. Since it was released in 2009, the Nissan 370Z has become a fixture within the drifting scene. With the ability to deliver upwards of 350 horsepower and 276 lb.-ft. of torque under the NISMO nameplate, the sports car is excellent on the track and a must-have for Nissan fans.
